I have about 35 bites on the back of my leg from lower calf to just above my knee. they do not itch. they are red, slightly raised with a white ring. i was outside for a moment, but not in the grass. any idea what they might be? this also happened a week

Multiple red papule: Could be allergic reaction/ eczema, rarely psoriasis, You can see if topical steroids and antihistamines zyrtec (cetirizine) helps. if worsens consider antibiotics bacitracin or oral antibiotics. it is summer and there are a lot of allergens outside. if it were bulleyes rash think tick/ lyme i always test for lyme because it is so treatable and effects are significant .
