Very high dose: you took too much Tylenol. The safe limit is 4000mg/24 hours. Here is FDA position:FDA set the safe 24-hour dose limit of acetaminophen at 4,000 mg per adult, but some doctors say that it should be capped at 3,250 per day. I wish nothing happens to your liver. Why you needed so much Tylenol?

Go to ER now!: Intake of 80 500mg tablets of Tylenol (acetaminophen) in 5 days represents a serious overdose. Please go to the hospital emergency department immediately.
