Stroke: In young individuals, the presence of an aneurysm or diseases of blood vessels, maneuvers that increase the intracranial pressure such as screaming does have the potential to lead to rupture of blood vessels with the potential for stroke. However, in those who are healthy with normal blood vessels it is highly unlikely. The same principles apply to coronary arteries. Watch for other points of view
