Muscle twitch?: Maybe it is a muscle fasciculation. There are muscles that are attached to the groin area, some of them are very large. When a uscle is undergoing a change in training, either more or less than normal, it will twitch, as it undergoes changes in nerve supply. This is benign. I cannot think of any serious or scary cause.
