If Rectal see Dr.: This sounds like a vaginal infection, something like yeast could do it. Sometimes it is hard to know where the discharge is coming from but look and see if you can tell. If the discharge is from the rectum then go see your doctor right away. Burning with passing stool needs to be evaluated. A urinary infection doesn't usually pass white material.
