Here's the answer: I think you're okay -- you've got the build of some of our elite track stars. The key for you will be daily, intensive exercise and making friend with other fitness-focused guys. Your body and appetite will naturally adapt to what's best for you. Pills aren't the answer (they're usually not for most things). A lifestyle change would be a wonderful gift for yourself -- aerobic & resistance training
