Nasacort (triamcinolone): Greetings. The good news is that there is no limited length of time that you can use Nasacort (triamcinolone). Long term use studies found that when you use a steroid nasal spray daily for >5 years,no adverse effects were noted. I have patients who have intranasal polyps who have been benefitting from these medications for years. If you should develop bleeding or a headache hold off for a bit.
