It can is the Georgi: Having no spleen does make you at risk for certain infections. Thrush is usually not on that list. But you need to see your physician to help clarify why that's happening

Asplenia: People without a spleen are more susceptible to severe bacterial infections. Oral thrush is caused by a yeast which may indicate a problem with the immune system having been suppressed by another infection (viral or bacterial). The presence of thrush in relation to having no spleen is not in and of itself dangerous, but any other underlying infection could be.
