When i took co-amoxiclav for my tonsilitis prescribed by my doctor, i have very bad headeache and diarrhea. should i be worried?is it normal?

Once patients develop diarrhea while on this medication in my practice, I stop it immediately. And change the medication if needed. I would recommend drinking Gatorade to replace your fluids and electrolytes and phone your doctor for instructions.
