Strep couple of months ago and i had diarrhea & without a sore throat. does tonsillitis (viral) have a chance of causing canker sores?

Not viral: Canker sores are not caused by a virus. They are thought to be auto-immune related. In other words they may be the body fighting itself. When the body is under stress: physical, emotional, etc, canker sores are more prone to erupt. Make sure the sores you are noting are not viral sores caused by herpes. These are also known as fever blisters and cold sores.
