Absolutely OK!: If you were running before pregnancy, you can continue. Important points: STAY HYDRATED! Wear good shoes; keep a phone in case you fall. Running and walking in pregnancy do NOT cause preterm labor but you should never do these things if your doctor diagnoses you to be at risk for preterm labor or other serious conditions. Make sure you tell your OB and he/she can give you more tips to stay safe.
