60-120: If you are referring to glucometer readings then 60-120 again be careful with proximity of the upper and lower reference ranges.

70-100 mg/dL: Normal fasting blood sugar is 70-100. Between 100-125 is pre-diabetes. Two fasting blood sugar levels of 126 or higher is diagnostic of diabetes. Consult this site for more information. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003482.htm
