You should not: Temazepam should be use only for short term. If used longer will produce dependence and requires increasing in dose to obtain the desire effects. Going to a 60 mg dose indicates that you are taking it for some time. Go to a psychiatrist to obtain help on decreasing benzodiazepines. General physicians tend to overprescribe benzodiazepines.

No: That is an exceptionally high dose. You might use it provided it was in conjunction with the prescribing doctor, who would presumably see some rare circumstance; but otherwise it would be exceedingly unwise.
