What is serious otitis? how dose it from and can it feel like plugged like ear in my ear and sometimes when a swallow it makes noise..

Serous otitis : I think you meant serous otitis media. This is fluid of the middle ear that is not currently infected. It can follow from a cold, ear/sinus infection, or allergies. It definitely causes a blocked sensation of the ear and muffled hearing. You can have popping or crackling sounds in the ear with swallowing. See doctor for help getting rid of this problem.
