I do have symptoms such as extreme fatigue and lack of energy even simple tasks are a struggle. i have used floradix for a month but that seems to not have helped. i have also had mild anaemia for about 5 years but having said that i don't take my tablets

Iron: How low is your Hb. Floradix is an OTC vitamin prep. It may not have enough iron content. Anemia has a cause and should be determined. Mild anemia to cause extreme fatigue is not usual. You need to see your MD and get a good history and physical and work up based on that. Floradix may not solve this. Best of luck.
