Normal height: Your height is normal. At the age of 20 the bones have matured and it is not feasible to grow taller. Do not waste your money on any quack treatments. For good health -Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex.

Height: Sorry to tell you this but by age 20 you are unlikely to grow any taller. Please have your previous pediatric doctor give you a copy of your height and weight curves and then discuss them with your current doctor.
