Try to excersize an: Eat healthy food and think positive . Remember yesterday is history we can't change it , so don't dwell over the past , tomorrow is mystery so no need to worry about tomorrow either. And today is a gift fr god try to enjoy it and think positive and hopefully u will continue to feel good.
