Depends: on his height as well, check this link for nomogram charts of height and normal blood pressure readings in teens, again his pediatrician would reassure you more, also make sure that the cuff used to measure the blood pressure covrrs 2/3 of his arm to get an accurate measure https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/files/docs/guidelines/child_tbl.pdf
