I say no: Cafestol is a diterpene found mostly in unfiltered coffee suspected to raise LDL. You can find ANY relationship you want just doing correlations. I reviewed the 45 articles on unfiltered coffee and the articles dealing with ALT are weird offerings from obscure overseas medical schools; there are also a bunch of "anti-cancer" claims for the molecule. Just drink your coffee as you like.
