Moderation: coffee and tea in moderation is okay. 1-2 cups, no more, assuming you have no coexisting heart conditions. I would also recommend getting those water taste supplements that can be bought, it is a water flavoring that may help. Gatorade, if you have diabetes, get the sugar free one, this may help you get some fluids down as well.
