Sharp right sided pa: May be gallbladder, or reflux with or without H pylori, a bacteria. if it is right lower abdomen may be appendicitis . Would f/u today with doc urgent care. For reflux try prevecid/ ranitidine, for gallbladder need sonogram to look for stones of HIDA to check for biliary duct akinesia . Rarely can be pneumonia (CXR) or clot ( check d-dimer).
