Yes: You will be fine. also, make sure all your fruits and vegetables are well washed. Do not eat any raw meats or eggs, if you eating any food from the fridge, make sure it is well warmed. Have a good pregnancy, best wishes.

Yse: Autoclaves which are used to sterilize medical instruments are basically pressure cookers. Any thing cooked in a pressure cooker should be safe from infection for a pregnant woman unless the food is left around at room temperature for awhile after cooking. Your concern tells me what a lucky baby this is. You are going to be a great mom.
