I had a bankart repair 4 months ago, and my shoulder has started dislocating again. recent xray says bankart deformity, could that be the old injury?

If there is evidence: -of a bankart lesion it would point 2 a failed repair. Also if U were not following rehab 2 a T , it may have started 2 fail early on with just a quick jerk 2 the shoulder early on.
