L citrullin: L citrullin and L Arginine are amino acids that increase Nitric Oxide production. Citrulline is an amino acid derived from watermelon. It is one of the compounds in the urea cycle. Because of this rule it theoretically could cause gout if you have a tendency towards it. Nitrous oxide supplements including arginine and citrulline have been showen to increase uric acid.
