Viral: Nausea, vomiting, headaches, and fatigue are common symptoms of viral illnesses. If your period isn't due for a week, pregnancy would be an unlikely cause of these symptoms this early. See your PCP or an urgent care clinic if these symptoms persist. Hope you feel better fast.

Nausea in AM tired: Are you nasueated the rest of the day? belly pain? Light sensitive?Migraines? At 42 with headaches would go to ER, as may need CT could be migraines, pesudotumor cerebri, low grade encephalitis especially herpes ( for which acyclovir 200 mg 4 tabs 3 x a day may help or may need IV acyclovir) or may just be gastroenteritis. or reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria.
