I have severe environmental allergies, i have tried regular allergy medications and the allergy meds with the d. nothing is working.any suggestions?

And exposure may be unavoidable, such as outdoor pollen, or pets in homes. Contact an allergist who can identify which allergies are bothering you and can list the ways to control symptoms. There's no reason to be miserable!
