Nasal steroid: but if this does not work, consider seeing an allergist to assist in finding the allergens , instituting avoidance measures, and providing the optimal treatment.

Try nasal sprays: Despite so many medications over the counter, sometimes allergies are so strong they blow right through them. And exposure may be unavoidable, such as outdoor pollen, or pets in homes. Contact an allergist who can identify which allergies are bothering you and can list the ways to control symptoms. There's no reason to be miserable!
