Difficult : Office romance is common. We spend a lot of time around people we work with daily and sometimes we develop strong feelings. It's difficult to prevent an organic process of falling in love, even when it comes with risk (heartbreak, etc..). Often it's best to talk with people you trust about your feelings so as to discharge some of the feelings you have and normalize your response.
