Yes: So the maximum dosage of Tylenol (acetaminophen) is 300 mg per day and Ibuprofen is 3200 mg per day. The dosage that is most effective for pain is 600 mg of ibuprofen taken every four hours. You may add 500mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) to each of those doses or take the medicine alternatively. Get to your dentist now!

Yes: If the Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not alleviating your pain, you can take ibuprofen, provided you are not allergic to it. You should continue taking the Lisinopril as prescribed by your physician. You should also schedule an appointment with your dentist ASAP for evaluation in order to have the appropriate treatment provided.

Medications: Your medications will not solve your problem. Please see a local dentist for definitive care. A horrible toothache will not heal without treatment.

Visit your dentist: Any other treatment is a temporary relief. A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Visit a dentist ASAP for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Toothache: Means you have an abscess, an infected tooth that is pumping bacteria into your body that are spreading via your circulatory system to other organ systems. Pain killers will not cure the infection. Antibiotics will temporarily control it, but not cure it. Please see Dentist to have tooth treated (root canal or extraction) before you wind up in hospital.
