My grandfather 80 years old has esr 63 and hb 6.8 does that mean he got cancer , please advice me ?

Not necessarily: It is not feasible to say what your grandfather may have. He does need to be seen by a doctor as Hb of 6.8 is clearly abnormal and may be due to blood loss in the intestine.
