Not necessarily: Nose bleeds can signal poorly controlled blood pressure, medication side effect (does the listed history of rhinitis and hypertension apply to you or your sister?), trauma (picking at the nose for example), dry or irritated nasal mucosa (this probably being most common). Would stop using Fluticasone nasal on the side that is bleeding for at least a week to allow it to heal. Nasal saline can help.
