No.: Clogged arteries aren't the result of stress, though we can't necessarily discount the deleterious effects of stress on our overall health. To avoid clogged arteries avoid smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Eat a healthy diet and exercise and these will lessen your risk of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries that leads to stenosis, or narrowing).
