Maybe just GERD, but: Pregnancy & gynecologic issues possible? Distinguish brain-related (head trauma, etc.), inflammatory (ulcer, small bowel disease, gallbladder/ biliary problem, pancreatitis, uti), structural (partial obstruction, extrinsic impression against the gut/sma), functional (gastroparesis, irritable bowel), anxiety.
