Depends: It's probably not a prostate problem at age 19. Could be infection. Depends on other symptoms, and how long it has been going on. If you really want to make an attempt to get to the bottom of this problem, see your primary care doctor for a proper evaluation. Ask if a urology referral is appropriate. Hope this helps!
