The pee started to deviate to the left and had some dribbling, all the tests i did were fine and nothing to worry about, what does this mean?

Persistent deviation and/or slowing of the stream would suggest possible urethral stricture or meatal stenosis (narrowing at or near the tip of the penis) diagnosed either by cystoscopy or calibration in office by a urologist.
