Numbers not absolute: There are no absolute or fixed numbers in medical prognosis. In principle a mass that grows rapidly has a bigger chance of being or becoming malignant. And then it still depends on the site, tissue type and other parameters. Any mass that is easy to biopsy or to be removed should be respectively dealt with
