Not sure about BZaps: I'm not sure exactly what brain zaps and shivers are, but I recommend calling your prescribing doctor and asking to titrate off the medication, by going down to 50mg first for a few days, then to zero. Stopping antidepressants "cold turkey" is not recommended.
