No: A hemoglobin test is just that; it tests the level of hemoglobin in your blood. It is a simple test usually requiring only a few drops of blood, which is used to screen for anemia. Testing for drug use is most commonly done with urine. Testing for drugs or anything else should not been done without your knowledge and consent.
