How soon after hip replacement can i have another surgery like liposuction? i can't have the lipo first due to emergency hip replace needed

6 months: At least 6 months. The person you want to ask that question is the orthopedic surgeon doing the hip replacement. He/she should make the call. Also, the ortho doc will probably cover you with antibiotics to prevent infection of the hip replacement. Also make sure the liposuction doc knows about the hip replacement.
