How far does a colonoscopy camera go? i'm having one tomorrow for right low abdominal pain. does it go that far to see possible pain causes?

I done properly: It should view the entire colon to the right lower quadrant and thru the valve into the last portion of the small bowel called the terminal ileum. This assumes your bowel prep was thorough and the skill of the endoscopist as well as their thoroughness.
