Febrile illness?: If you're running a fever, it can cause a headache and any muscle in your body to ache, including the muscles that move your eyes. Migraine headaches can also cause these symptoms. If the cause isn't obvious, please seek medical care. Meanwhile, acetaminophen or ibuprofen will give you some relief.
