What is the question: But if you do have asthma, you really need to see a doctor about this problem. Cough and cold remedies are not suitable for asthma treatment.

Remedies: Homemade chicken noodle soup can help to mobilize mucus & has an anti-inflammatory effect. Hydrate well with clear broths, water or add a small amount of lemon to Chamomile tea. Pour boiling water over thinly sliced ginger. Steep 5 min. in a covered pot. Add 2 to 3 tbs honey & sip. Uncontrolled asthma should be promptly addressed.
