Syphilis: So...Hold on. Syphilis is usually one sore. And it is still very very rare in america for a female to get syphilis. The best bet is to get to your local std clinic. Going to the er will be hundreds of dollars and the std clinic is most likely free.

Yes: The er could be the place to go if you do not have a physician. Less costly might be an immediate medical care center.
