Swollen glands.: It is hard to tell what is wrong without detailed history & physical examination, did she have fever at any time? How long these glands have been swollen? Are they localized or generalized, any enlarged spleen? Has she been failing to thrive since birth? It is obvious she was seen by her pediatrician, for the anemia & swollen glands she need a referral to a pediatric hematologist. Good luck.
