See Specialist: Twitching in the legs or fasciculations is seen when a muscle is at rest and can be completely normal. It can reveal other issues such as magnesium deficiency or other neuromuscular disorders in rare cases. Monitor when and how often they occur for you and relay this information to your provider for proper work-up and treatment if needed!
