Sounds psychological: Obviously there is no risk of pregnancy without intercourse. Even then, the risk is virtually zero with an IUD in place. (That's why you have it!) Quite frankly, this sounds irrational, which I suspect you realize yourself, and I have to wonder about an underlying mental health issue -- anxiety, OCD, stress, depression, and so on. See your doctor and take it from there. Good luck!

Anxiety: You are "freaking out" due to anxiety over having an unplanned pregnancy. Although the left half of your brain which is associated with logic "knows" that you can't get pregnant, the right half of your brain (creative/artistic side) is thinking, "What if?" Could the IUD fall out? Could sperm suddenly jump from his body into your uterus? In truth, anxiety is more complicated, but I am out of space
