We never say never in medicine. It is likely the uterus would not be receptive to implantation so soon after Paragard removal but I wouldn't say it is impossible, Fertilization occurs up in the tubes and within a few days after sex. It then takes a few days before that material moves to the uterus. Since Paragard is not a hormone containing device, there was none to suppress ovulation.
