Not necessarily: Nausea is not a typical symptom of depression. Too little info. here to say more except see your pcp for an exam/evaluation to make sure nausea isn't from some other problem, eg. infection plus too many to list here. Depression may intensify nausea, but would not assume it's the reason unless you've been evaluated medically with no other explanation. Hope this helps.
