Swelling & Nausea: Marked swelling of fingers and feet can be caused by a wide variety of medical conditions - all warrant more detailed evaluation. In addition to what may be discovered during a careful history and exam, a repeat pregnancy test (to be sure), serum proteins, blood count (CBC) and sed rate would be helpful to determine if there is an underlying medical cause.
