Depends: Absorption of Concerta varies depending on a person's metabolism, presence of other medications and whether taken on an empty stomach or after a meal. You are in the normal range for Concerta to be absorbed into your system (bloodstream) so you feel it's working. Be sure to discuss any concerns with your prescribing doctor.
