Yeast is common but: Breast itching is common if you're breast-feeding it is far more common for it to be a yeast infection and is usually associated with pain but nothing is seen on the nipple. It can also be seen with skin changes called Paget's disease. You should see a doctor though because this can be a precancerous problem, and breast cancer though rarer can present in this manner
